Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

On receipt of a return request, our customer service executive will guide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and initiate a pick up through our courier partner.
Please pack the item in its original box and mention the RMA number distinctly on the package. Kindly hand over the package to our courier personnel with the recipient address as mentioned below. SAM'S WORLD

Please make sure that the products are unused and all labels/barcodes and packaging are intact.
Customers can also track product returns with the help of the Air Way Bill (AWB) shipment number mentioned on the return receipt issued by our courier personnel.
At samsworld.in, all returns are processed on receipt of return/exchange requests. We offer refunds only if the product delivered is defective or in a situation, where we are unable to offer a product replacement, due to stock paucity. In the rare event of our products being found defective, we will credit the refund to the original purchase mode. If the payment is made with a credit card, it will be refunded to that account. If the payment was made through debit card, it will be refunded to the same account. For credit card accounts, the time taken for refunds to reflect in respective accounts varies from bank to bank. However, samsworld.in will send an e-mail after processing a refund to your account. Please also note that refunds for orders placed under Cash on Delivery (CoD) basis will be executed only by 'cheque'. Such a refund cheque will be issued solely in the name of the samsworld account holder and mailed to his/her billing address and not to any other correspondence address.
Return Eligibility Criteria
Following products will not qualify for the 30 day return policy
Item/Merchandise that displays that the product is not eligible for return.
Items/Merchandise not sent in its original box, without the original packaging, manuals and all items sent with the product at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a return.
Items/Merchandise kept with the customer for more than 30 or 7 working days will not be eligible for a return.
Items/Merchandise sent back in a damaged box will not be eligible for a return
Items/Merchandise with unreadable, omitted and altered serial number will not be eligible for return.
Who will bear the Return Charges?
Please note all return charges will be borne by customers and NOT by samsworld.in with the exception only for defective, incorrectly shipped and damaged in transit products.

In case you do not like an item and wish to return it, please call customer service on 079-40372727 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order details and feedback. The feedback received from our patrons will be communicated to our affiliate designers/manufacturers and incorporated in future product offerings. Return shipping charges for such returns will be borne by the customers. Please ensure that the products are returned in its unused and original state, with all labels, packaging and barcodes intact.

Orders placed with samsworld.in can be cancelled by calling our customer service on 079-40372727 or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org However, cancellations can be effected only before dispatch and not subsequently.
At samsworld.in product warranty is dependent on the vendor and the brand. Warranty coverage will be effective from the date (with proof of purchase) of purchase. However, products with manufacturing defects, damaged in transit, incorrect shipment will either be refunded or replaced at the sole discretion of samsworld.in
